GRID STEP. You can print out the base construction lines and start drawing on tracing paper, or you can draw the grid layout yourself using the following steps.1) Draw a rectangle that will define the conditional proportions and boundaries of the chosen drawing. 2) From the middle of the rectangle, draw one vertical and one horizontal line equally dividing the shape. 3) Draw another horizontal line equally dividing the upper half of the rectangle. Similarly, draw a horizontal line equally dividing the bottom half of the rectangle. 4) Draw a vertical line equally dividing the left half of the rectangle. Similarly, draw a vertical line equally dividing the right half of the rectangle.

STEP 1. Draw two auxiliary figures and connect them with a line.

STEP 2. Outline the arms with hands and legs with feet. Mark the place for the shoulder epaulettes. Connect the top and bottom of the body.

STEP 3. Separate the face with vertical and horizontal lines. Draw the neck. Make the shape of the arms and legs more distinct. In the hand, draw the silhouette of a flower. Erase all unnecessary lines.

STEP 4. Mark out the facial features. Divide the body with a horizontal line. Draw the fingers and finish the edge of the trousers. Form the flower bud. Add elements to the clothes.

STEP 5. Outline the epaulettes and detail the clothing. Make the shape of the shoes more distinct. Add a belt. Draw the nose, mouth and eyes. Erase all unnecessary lines.

STEP 6. Draw the hair. Add fringe to the epaulettes and creases to the trousers. Detail the facial features. Finish the flower.

STEP 7. Check that there are no extra lines in the drawing. Contour Prince charming, trying to vary the thickness and darkness of the line.
